the end

Every winter with the help of a front end loader - an advantage most kids don't have...hee hee - the kids build up a big mound of snow at the top of a nice incline into a large field next to our home. This big mound of snow provides many hours of entertainment as the kids use it to snowboard, ski, sled, and generally play on for fun as they climb the ladder to the top.

This is what it looks like this morning. Almost gone. The last of the snow. And I hope that once it is gone we can finally say "the end!" to winter! And I may even throw in a "good riddance!" and "don't hurry back!"

Time to get my gardening catalogs back out :-)

Have a great day in your garden!

Blessings,

Wow...you can tell how big around it was by the patch of dead grass surrounded by the green!

A snow pile is a great idea!

We planted our garden this week and now we are looking forward to eating fresh veggies. A little weeding between now and then is the only part I am not completely looking forward too, but it sure is worth it!
