Day 6 - your favorite meal of the day
Ohhhhh, yes, my favorite meal of the day is breakfast! Making breakfast from scratch is also my favorite - pancakes, waffles, French toast, oven oatmeal, egg dishes, bagels, hot cereals, yogurt, and yummy smoothies! Each recipe has variations that fill us up and starts our day.
This was my breakfast this morning - a smoothie which had spinach, bananas, cantaloupe, pineapple, blueberries, and flax seeds. I poured some almond milk over all of it and used our Nutribullet to blend a wonderful smoothie. YUMMY!
